The role
Weâre recruiting a smart, ambitious person keen for a 1-2 year tour of duty. You will act as a master generalist and force multiplier, wearing multiple hats before being given a function to lead. You'll help lead go-to-market in ANZ and drive customer engagement. This is your role to shape within the broad bounds of 'doing whatever it takes to help Marloo grow in ANZ'.
What you'll do:
- Strong generalist: Be a full-stack problem-solver with a huge bias for action and high agency. Juggle multiple different workloads and know what to prioritise without being told. Do it all with speed, energy, and excitement.
- GTM: Solve mission-critical problems to scale our reach to new customers. This includes outreach, demos, and creative ways of building momentum, such as running events with customers or prospects. You will have a lot of flexibility here.
- Customer intelligence: Lead a variety of high-priority, needle-moving projects to deeply understand our customers' environment and their technology stack, which helps us discover opportunities to maximise value.
- Product development: Validate and test ideas that come from customer insights, helping shape those insights into product development initiatives.
- Customer success: Own customer engagement and outcomes, making sure our customers are having the best possible experience. This could include flying to spend a day with customers and showing them how a new feature works.
- General pitching in: We're building a team of highly empowered doers. Everyone pitches in on the random tasks that pop up along the way.
